About this site
Longevity Costs is a price-research and provider-comparison directory. We track what clinics and telehealth platforms publicly charge for NAD+ therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 weight-loss programs, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and full-stack longevity memberships — so buyers can compare real costs before they contact a provider.
Longevity treatment prices are rarely easy to find. Most providers require a consultation before disclosing program costs, and pricing varies significantly by dose, delivery method, lab inclusion, and care model. A semaglutide program might cost $99/month from one telehealth platform and $499/month from another for a similar protocol. A TRT program might be $45/month for medication only or $299/month when labs and consultations are bundled.
We built this directory to surface publicly available pricing in one place so buyers can enter provider conversations informed, not surprised.
We are a price-research directory, not a healthcare provider, medical advisor, or insurance broker. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. We do not evaluate clinical outcomes, recommend specific treatments for specific conditions, or guarantee that any treatment is right for you.
All treatment decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified licensed physician who knows your full health history.
Data accuracy is central to our usefulness. Here is our process.
All prices in the directory come from publicly accessible sources: provider websites, telehealth platform pricing pages, and published marketing materials. We do not use leaked, estimated, or unpublished figures.
We check prices manually and record the date of verification. Each provider page shows a 'Last updated' date. Prices change frequently — always verify current pricing directly with the provider before enrolling.
Service availability, telehealth status, states served, and membership requirements are documented from provider websites. We update these when we detect changes or when readers report discrepancies.
Providers cannot pay to improve their directory score or ranking. Affiliate partnerships exist (disclosed on every relevant page), but they do not affect editorial assessments or how providers are ranked.
Each provider is evaluated on six dimensions. No dimension reflects clinical outcomes — only information quality and access.
Pricing visibility
We only surface providers who publish at least a starting price or price range. If a provider requires a consultation before any pricing is disclosed, we note that clearly.
Service breadth
We track which treatments each provider offers: NAD+, TRT, HRT, GLP-1, IV therapy, peptides, lab testing, and full-stack longevity programs. Providers with broader menus score higher where that reflects genuine access.
Telehealth availability
Many buyers compare in-person clinics against telehealth alternatives. We flag telehealth availability, states served, and whether the provider ships medications directly.
Lab-testing context
We note whether baseline or monitoring labs are included in a program, since lab costs significantly affect the real total price for most hormone therapies.
Transparency score
A 1–5 signal that reflects how clearly a provider publishes prices, program structures, and what is and isn't included. Lower scores mean more friction before you know what you'd pay.
Editorial quality signals
We capture each provider's headline positioning, stated best-fit cases, known limitations, and care-model description. Pages without sufficient editorial depth are marked lighter until data improves.
Some provider links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and purchase a program, we may earn a referral fee at no extra cost to you. These relationships help fund the research and maintenance work behind this directory.
Affiliate relationships do not affect provider rankings, directory scores, or editorial assessments. Providers are ranked on publicly available data criteria, not on whether they have an affiliate agreement with us. See our full Affiliate Disclosure for details.
Provider pricing is reviewed and updated on a rolling basis as changes are detected. Each provider page shows the date of last verification. Prices change frequently — particularly for telehealth platforms that update promotions often. Always confirm current pricing with the provider directly before making a decision.
If you notice a price error or outdated information, please contact us and we will review and correct it promptly.
