How the directory works, how prices are collected, and what we do and do not do.
Longevity Costs compares provider pricing, service availability, telehealth support, clinic locations, lab-testing inclusion, and editorial scores across NAD+ therapy, IV therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 weight-loss programs, peptide therapy, and full-stack longevity memberships.
No. All content on this site is for informational and comparison purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Always consult a licensed physician before starting, stopping, or changing any therapy.
Provider scores reflect six dimensions: pricing visibility, service breadth, telehealth availability, lab-testing context, transparency score, and editorial quality signals. A higher score means a buyer has more complete information before contacting the provider. It does not mean the provider is clinically superior.
No. Provider rankings are based on editorial methodology and publicly available data. Affiliate relationships may exist for some providers but do not affect their directory score or placement. Affiliate links are disclosed on every relevant page.
Each provider page shows a 'Last updated' date reflecting when pricing was last verified. Prices change frequently — especially for telehealth platforms. Always confirm current pricing directly with the provider before making an enrollment decision.
Some providers require a consultation or account before disclosing program pricing. The directory notes this clearly. Providers that require a consultation before disclosing any price receive lower transparency scores, since it creates friction before buyers can compare.
Yes. The GLP-1 section covers telehealth providers offering compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, and similar programs, as well as the pricing differences between compounded and brand-name medications. The site does not prescribe medications or guarantee program eligibility.
No. Telehealth availability varies by provider and state due to medical licensing, prescription laws, and controlled substance regulations. Each provider page shows which states the provider serves. Always verify state availability before starting an enrollment process.
State pages show all providers that serve a given state (in-person and telehealth). City pages narrow the list to providers with a confirmed local clinic presence or strong statewide coverage relevant to local searches. Use city pages if you want to specifically find providers near a particular city.
